Boiler Repairs

The length of the repair is completely dependent on the issue. But it can really help if you describe exactly what is wrong when we initially communicate. We wouldn’t want to give a precise time for a boiler repair job as every repair needs its own unique process.

Don’t worry if you can’t tell what’s wrong, just explain to us what you can see/hear from the boiler. We’ll figure out the rest upon arrival. We’re not expecting our customers to be boiler experts, otherwise they wouldn’t need us. Any information you can give us previous to our visit is very helpful.

We’ll always try to agree on a fixed price quote beforehand, but if that’s not possible, our rates work by the hour, with a one hour minimum charge and a fixed rate for certain services.

We offer competitive prices when compared to other London based boiler repair services. And don’t worry, we won’t charge extra for an emergency call-out!
